Yoga for Resilience helps clients develop the skills and insight they need to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and thrive.

Our therapeutic approach to whole-person well-being combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern science. We focus on the individual, empowering each person to build greater agency in supporting themselves with confidence. We use mindful awareness, nervous system regulation, yogic breathing and movement practices, somatic neuromuscular re-education, and the philosophies and self-care methodologies of yoga to help our clients thrive.

Yoga for Resilience is welcoming and accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, body type, gender, sexuality, age, race, religion, or cultural background. No prior yoga experience is expected, and practitioners are encouraged to adapt all practices to their own comfort. All individual and group sessions provide an informed and supportive experience for participants who have experienced trauma.
